Refund policy

1. Before Requesting a Return, Exchange, or Refund

  • Please contact our customer service team before initiating any return, exchange, or refund.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Before requesting an exchange, please recheck the product to ensure it is being used correctly
    (e.g. switch position, use of new batteries, etc.).
  • Once confirmed as a product defect, please pack the item securely.
  • Exchanges are processed on a one defective item for one new replacement basis only.
  • Exchanges are limited to the same item and cannot be converted into cash or other products.

3. Return Policy

  • Please ensure the issue is not caused by improper use before requesting a return.
  • Contact customer service and return the item following our instructions.
  • Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
    • Brand new, unused condition
    • Complete and undamaged packaging
    • Original receipt, invoice, and all included accessories
  • Non-customized items may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • For non-defective returns, return shipping fees and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable to items approved for return by our customer service team.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Refund amounts cover the product price only and exclude original shipping fees, handling charges, and additional service fees (if applicable).
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Processing time typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Customized / Personalized Item Policy

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
  • Please make sure all design details, colors, text, and layouts are fully confirmed before production.
  • If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or does not match your approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Our support team will review your case and assist with a replacement or correction as needed.
  • Except for the situations stated above, no returns or refunds are available for customized items.

6. Final Notes

  • We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding all return, exchange, and refund requests.
  • Any matters not covered herein shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
